Joe Trusty hails from Cabot Arkansas where he recently retired after serving as band director in the Cabot school system for 33 years.  He received his Music Education degree at Arkansas Tech University and a master’s degree in educational leadership at the University of Central Arkansas. 

 

He is still active in the band world as a clinician and adjudicator and has served as the president of both the Arkansas Bandmasters Association and the Arkansas School Band & Orchestra Association. 

 

Joe resides in Cabot with his lovely wife Jackie.
